About Us
Soaloan Tua Nababan (previously named Soaloan and Partners) was founded in 2018 by Mr. Oswald Soaloan Silalahi with the purpose to form a law firm that can provide excellent services to his clients. Prior to it, he worked at several law firms and was involved in several highlighted litigation cases and projects.
After three years of its establishment, Mr. Gideon Putra Sitorus and Mr. Daniel Perdana Nababan joined us as partner. We believe that their experience and expertise can strengthen and increase our ability to provide legal services to our clients.
In providing its services, Soaloan Tua Nababan has three main principles :

We believe that first, we need to understand the needs and purpose of our clients. Only by understanding those matters so we can advise legal actions that can solve our clients’ needs and minimize their risk in the future.

We will advise legal actions in the most effective way and efficient cost. We are not that type of lawyer that likes to propose something our clients don’t need just to make an extra profit. We believe in mutual benefit.
