Oswald earned his Bachelor of Law in 2009 from Gadjah Mada University. He has obtained his advocate license (Peradi). He has passed the first course of Capital Market Legal Consultant/
Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal.
Before founding Soaloan Tua Nababan, he worked at several law firms and was involved in several highlighted litigation cases and projects. He specializes in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, mining, plantation, and energy.
Gideon Sitorus, S.H., M,H. (Partner)
Gideon earned his Bachelor in 2012 and Magister Degree in 2015, both from Faculty of Law Gadjah Mada University.
Before joining Soaloan Tua Nababan, he worked at a prominent boutique law firm, from which he has years of experience in assisting clients, handling case and transaction various legal field, specialization in general corporate matter, commercial litigation, plantation, and industrial relationship.
He is registered as a member of Indonesia BAR (PERADI).
Daniel Nababan, S.H., M,H. (Partner)
Daniel obtained his law degree from Gajah Mada University and obtained his M.H. from University of Christian Indonesia, Jakarta.
Daniel is a member of the Indonesian BAR and Association of Trustee in Bankruptcy and Receiver Indonesia. Daniel specializes in commercial litigation and Bankruptcy for broad range of International and Indonesian Clients, in which he has been successfully assisting and advising many of his clients.
